Make a list of people who have wronged you and write out the ways in which they did so. When you’re done, try and see things from their point of view, and write in their defense.

Is there a relationship in your life that just isn’t working? What would it take to repair it? If it’s irreparable, unhealthy, and unfulfilling, what would it take for you to end it?
Why don’t you believe good things can happen to you? What do you have to release in order to know that you are entitled to love, happiness, and prosperity?
